This Application collects and stores some data on the smartphone.

Summary

Personal Data are collected and stored for the following purposes on the phone of the user.



Audio records



The user wants to record (audio) what happened to himself/herself and share it after if need be. The user can delete and/or retrieve his own records via the mobile application.

Audio records are not transferred by the application. 


Geolocation

In case of alert, when the user sends an alert. The mobile application tries to define the geolocation.

Indeed, this geolocation will be provided within the sent SMS to the user predefined contacts. Thus the family or friends will be able to come and help the mobile user if necessary.



The geolocation is also sent to a third party (SOS écoute) to assist the user and try to help him.


SOS écoute is an association recognised by the New Caledonian Government for helping people (against domestic violences).



Consequently, the user is always aware and can decide who will receive his/her messages.


Dignity

Dignity is an association for helping people against domestic violences.

Dignity has designed this application and does not collect any data.
